AWSL registration is available during the soccer office hours.  We are not registering people at league meetings or holding special events for AWSL players.  The league office is open: M-Th from 10am to 2pm, Thursday evenings from 530pm to 630pm, and on Saturdays from 10am to noon, unless otherwise posted on the web.

 

It is simply not efficient to move all the registration information from the league office for a few registrations at a meeting.  Additionally, as we move to a more technological pass card era we will not be able to move photo equipment etc.  We are preparing you for this move and assuring that when people go to the office the materials are there for office staff to assist you and your players.

 

 

We are once again losing a board member; Natalia Sanchez from Godzilla has done a wonderful job for us but needs to commit more time to her real career.  We are need of nominations, as Natalia would like to exit before the end of the season and I would love for her to train someone on all the fun stuff she has learned first hand.  Please email me at shannalj16@aim.com if you or anyone on your team would like to be a candidate for this position on the board.  Thanks

 

 

Gina Zummo has accepted my appointment to the board as our new Treasurer!  She is an accountant at a local company and plays soccer in our premier division.  Welcome Gina!!

 

 

If you cannot play a game (regardless of weather or team issues) and you would like to reschedule - follow these steps:

1. If you are calling the game off you must do so 7 days in advance to avoid a fee ($60), email or call league (shannalj6@aim.com, 948-8750, 8751, or 8752)

2. Call the other team and find out a time and place you think you both can agree upon.  However know this: Sunday’s are your best bet at 3pm (yes double headers), Spring is tight on fields and your never going to get a Saturday, refs have to get a least a weeks notice (they don’t magically appear), and you don’t get awarded a forfeit if you cannot come to a mutual decision (that is dependent on who and/or why the game has been cancelled).

3. Your asking how to do I contact the other team....see this is why I’m President; I know what you are thinking....LOL.
