We've simplified this from previous seasons.  We raised the fee for the fall season so the center referee receives $45 and the AR receives $35.  A missing AR pays $35 to the center referee.

The first four columns are game numbers for center assignments.  The second four columns are AR assignments.  The final 8 columns are for center referees who did not have ARs and get the ironman bump.
