The center referee receives $45 and the AR receives $35.  A missing AR pays $35 to the center referee.

The sheet with the payroll date incorporates all the games.  The first four columns are game numbers for center assignments.  The second four columns are AR assignments.  The final 8 columns are for center referees who did not have ARs and get the ironman bump.

We'll continue the scheduling bonus payments from the fall season and begin to post that in week 3.
